How do I open an account?
After registering as a player at UGot Bingo, the next step is to open an account and make a deposit. To do this, click on the Cashier button on the UGot Bingo home page. Select Deposit and sign in with your nickname and password. You will then be given an option of depositing by credit card, Central Coin or PayPal. Follow the instructions. There is no minimum deposit, and no maximum deposit.

If you wish to use Central Coin or PayPal, but don't have an account there, select the Central Coin or PayPal button and then select the option to sign up for a new account. When will my deposits show up in my account?

What is the minimum amount I have to deposit?
There is no minimum deposit. Most players deposit in excess of $50 to allow them to play for a while without having to make another transaction. There is no maximum deposit either. You may deposit as much as you like, as often as you like.

How can I check my account balance?
Simply go to the UGot Bingo home page and click on "Account Access". Enter your nickname and password, and pull up your current financial details.

I have a query regarding my account. What do I do?
First contact your chat leader in the game chat room. If she cannot assist you, then please send an e-mail to support@bingoworkz.com. Describe your problem in as much detail as you can, and remember to include your name, nickname and e-mail address. We will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.

How many cards can I play?
You may play from 1 to 100 cards per game. The limit of 100 cards makes the games fairer for everybody, as the bigger players will not be able to increase their chances of winning by too much.
But remember, the more cards you buy the higher your chances of winning. Although there are only nine cards visible on your screen at any given time, the game software will automatically keep track of all your cards, and inform you if you win. By playing in autoplay mode, you will be able to see whenever one of your numbers comes up. Your computer will automatically mark it off for you, so you really can play as many cards as you wish. There is also the function of "Best Order", so if you are playing more than 9 cards, you can see your best cards at any given time.

How much do cards cost?
At UGot Bingo, the default card price is 25 cents. However, we also have regular dime games, and sometimes your chat leader may even change the card prices at random if the players request it.
Card prices also vary according to our game specials. All cards purchased for the Top of the Day game will cost 50 cents. All cards purchased for the Top of the Week games will cost one dollar.

Can I buy cards in advance?
Yes you can. You may buy as many cards as you wish for up to ten games in the future. To buy your cards in advance, go to Buy Cards.

Can I keep the same cards from game to game?
No, you cannot keep the same bingo cards from game to game. Our game server randomly creates and distributes new bingo cards for each new game. As in a live bingo hall or casino, players can only play each card once for every individual game. We do this to keep the game totally fair and honest.

Is there always a winner?
Yes, every game always has a winner. Sometimes there may even be more than one winner, in which case the game prize or jackpot is shared accordingly. The winner's nickname is broadcast to all players that are logged on to our server. This confirms that the game has ended and that the winner has been awarded the game prize.

How is the prize money determined?
Every game's prize is determined by the number of cards purchased for the previous game. A percentage of card sales is allocated to the game in play, to the Top of the Hour game, the Top of the Day game, the Top of the Week game, and the random progressive Jackpot. The more folks playing and the more cards purchased, the bigger the prizes!!

How do I get paid if I win?
All winnings are automatically credited to your account at the end of every game. You may click on "Account Access" to view your balance whenever you choose.

According to Visa and MasterCard regulations, UGot Bingo will attempt to credit your card with any requested payout, equal to the same amount as your last six months deposits. Excess winnings will be paid out according to the method you request. This may be wire transfer or check. If you use Central Coin or PayPal to deposit, then all winnings will be paid to you via that service.

How much can I win?
All game prizes and Jackpots are determined by the number of players and the number of cards purchased. A percentage of card sales is allocated to the game in play, to the Top of the Hour game, the Top of the Day game, the Top of the Week game, and the random progressive Jackpot.

Our TOH, TOD and TOW games have varying prize amounts, but are worth hundreds and thousands of dollars, respectively, if won in a set number of balls. If not, the prize is determined by the percentage of total card sales allocated to that particular game. More players mean more card sales and bigger game prizes. What happens if there is more than one winner?
In the event that there is more than one winner of a game, our server will split the winning prize equally between the number of winners. Winning amounts will be credited to each players account. This will be updated in real time to the player's game console so that they can confirm that their winnings have been credited.

Do I have to pay tax on my winnings?
UGot Bingo has no obligation to report player's winnings to any authority. So the choice is yours. Many jurisdictions do not view gaming winnings as taxable. However if this is a concern of yours, we suggest you contact a tax consultant in your area.

Can I keep my winnings in my UGot Bingo account?
Yes you can. You may hold any amount, deposits or winnings, in your account for as long as you like. Many players prefer to do this so as to have funds available for the big Jackpot games when needed. You may withdraw these funds at any time should you wish to do so.

How long does a game last?
At UGot Bingo, we begin a new game every six minutes (ten games per hour). In between games, our chat leaders will often run trivia competitions, awarding Bonus Bucks to the first player to answer correctly. There's never a dull moment at UGot Bingo!

How long can I play without being disconnected?
Depending on your type of ISP connection, you can stay in the game for as long as you like. In fact, as long as you've purchased cards in advance, you don't even have to be at your computer. Can I join a game in progress?
Yes. You can currently join any game in progress provided the game has been running for one minute or less. The game software will automatically mark off and update your card. You will stand just as good a chance of winning as any other player.

How do I know the game is not fixed?
UGot Bingo uses the most modern and sophisticated bingo software available anywhere. All cards and ball calls are produced by a complex random number generator, which cannot be programmed or tampered with. Our software has been thoroughly audited and tested in line with the biggest and best real world bingo halls worldwide. Furthermore, we do not allow any staff or family members to play our games, and we certainly do not allow house players. This ensures there are never any suspicions that our games are strictly fair and honest.

When I log in, can I remain anonymous?
Yes you can. When you register with UGot Bingo, we ask you for your real name, address and contact details. This information is for our records only, and is never made public. We also ask you to choose a nickname and password. When you enter the game, you are identified by the nickname you have chosen only. So unless you choose to communicate with your fellow players, there is no way anyone should get to know your personal details, unless you inform them yourself.

If my connection fails, am I kicked out of the game?
Our software has been programmed to track every card purchased for every game played. So even if you're disconnected, for whatever reason, if you purchased the winning card you will still win the game prize. In addition, we notify all winners via e-mail after every game. As long as you have pre-purchased cards, you stand the same chance of winning as everybody else, no matter what!

I'm having technical trouble. What do I do?
First, check in with the chat leader on duty in the chat room. If they cannot assist, send an email to techsupport@bingoworkz.com They will get back to you as soon as possible. Just write TECH PROBLEM or something similar in the subject of your email to let them know what is happening, then be as detailed as you can about the nature of the problem, the time it occurred, the game you were playing, etc. Remember to provide your name and contact details as well.
More often than not however, you will find the problem is a minor technical issue, or a problem with your local service provider.

How old do I have to be to play?
Players participating in the UGot Bingo games must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is the greater.
